The 'alternate' Hoopa is equally annoying. He never shuts up and I absolutely cringed every time he said 'Were you surprised?'. Hoopa gives Shaymin a run for his money as the most annoying Pokémon ever. It has too many new concepts that just don't work and it's just overstuffed with too many legendary Pokémon. The latest Pokémon movie is simply a big mess, and is in my opinion, the worst one yet.
